Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 June 2026

These terms govern your use of getfreshraise.com and the FreshRaise newsletter. By subscribing or using the site you accept them.

Operator. FreshRaise is operated by its founder. For the operator's full legal identity and address, contact hello@getfreshraise.com.

The service

FreshRaise sends a weekly email digest of recently-funded startups, including a suggested role to contact and an outreach angle, compiled from public funding news. It is an information and sales-research tool.

No guarantee / not advice

Signals are derived from public sources and may contain errors or omissions — verify before acting. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or of any business result, sale, or response. FreshRaise is not legal, financial, or investment advice.

Acceptable use

Use the content for your own outreach and research. Do not resell or redistribute the paid issue contents, and comply with applicable anti-spam and data-protection law (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM) when you contact the companies featured.

Paid subscriptions

Paid plans are not yet active. When they launch, pricing, billing cycle, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions will renew until cancelled; you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Consumers in the EU may have a statutory right of withdrawal, which will be described at checkout. These terms will be updated before any payment is taken.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshRaise is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the newsletter or site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change. Questions: hello@getfreshraise.com.
